Casale is a detached farm house (sleeping 6-8) located two and a half hours drive from Rome and twenty five minutes from Perugia airport. The house has been restored  and sits on a quiet hill top in the Carpini Valley.

 

Casale enjoys spacious landscaped grounds with spectacular 360 degree views and has a completely private swimming pool (6m x 12m),

On the first floor there is a large living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, therefore they're cool in the summer. There are three bedrooms, one double en-suite and two twins/doubles with private bathrooms. The house also has reliable Wifi.

The surrounding area offers the historic cities of Assisi, Perugia, Urbino, Gubbio and Sansepolcro, with Siena about an hour and a half away. Food shopping and other facilities are in Umbertide which is ten to fifteen minutes away.
